The USDA Food Distribution Program, also known as Commodities, administered by STOWW, provides participants with a supplemental nutritionally balanced diet. STOWW currently serves the Tribal Reservations of Cowlitz, Jamestown S'Klallam, Lower Elwha, Muckleshoot, Nooksack, Puyallup, Samish, Sauk-Suiattle, Shoalwater Bay, Snoqualmie, Stillaguamish, Suquamish, Swinomish, Tulalip, Upper Skagit, & some surrounding areas.
STOWW"s Emergency Food Assistance Program (EFAP) administers food vouchers for the Chinook, Cowlitz, Duwamish, Hoh, Makah, Samish, Sauk-Suiattle, Snoqualmie, Steilacoom, Stillaguamish, Suquamish, and Upper Skagit Tribes.
EFAP approval is determined by the above mentioned tribes and based upon tribal enrollment and income eligibility.
STOWW administers the LIHEAP program for the Cowlitz, Sauk-Suiattle, Snoqualmie, and Stillagumish Tribes.
